The gatherings are the core benefit
of your War Room membership
MEETINGS We meet several times per year. You are able to attend 3 of the 4 meetings during your 12-month membership.
The Four Seasons, Punta Mita retreat is a absolute gem to our members. Located on the south-west coastline of Mexico, the resort hosts beautiful ocean views and luxurious private beaches all within steps from the villas. Members can expect a true, retreat-style meeting with half day sessions up to par with War Room content. In the afternoons, coordinated excursions are available including tequila blending, ATV tours, surfing, baby sea-turtle releasing, and more. Many decide to extend stays, while their significant others & families join to experience this quickly-evolving staple of a War Room meeting.

On the Sea of Cortés in Baja, at the edge of the horizon, Viceroy Los Cabos is like no other place on earth. The architecturally stunning concept by Miguel Angel Aragonés lures you into a quiet state of mind with its cinematic views and striking architecture around every turn. Be a part of the scene and restore your spirit with immersive experiences throughout the hotel. The resort is crowned by five restaurants and lounges, a rooftop bar and a holistic-focused spa. The historic Colonial streets of San José del Cabo are nearby, as are endless opportunities for outdoor adventure on land and sea. Yet staying right in your guestroom — where sunlight streams through floor-to-ceiling windows and you have your very own private patio or balcony — may be just the life-changing experience you need.
Nestled downtown, the city’s brand new luxury hotel, the Fairmont Austin, is right in the heart of what makes Austin, Austin. Members can expect to find themselves meeting among the greatest minds and workshopping in current topics and sessions. Receptions and networking opportunities will be unlike any other as members experience unrivaled food and drinks for a full two days. Austin is home of War Room’s sister company, DigitalMarketer, and meeting here allows for the brilliant minds of DM to meet and share everything digital marketing they’re currently doing plus much more.
We also have INTENSIVE MEETINGS throughout the year. You can attend as many of these as you want as long as they are not sold out. As an added bonus, you can send your employees or staff to the Intensives as well.
At these meetings you’ll get focused strategy time to actually work ON your business instead of working IN your business, distraction FREE.
For two full days, War Room intensives deep-dive into a single topic or industry. Focusing not only on the content but the implementation of it to your specific journey and business. These workshop-style meetings offer an intimate environment to cover every aspect of the topic and provide members with actionable material specific to them. Intensives are hosted by the War Room principles or their network of proven successful business owners and entrepreneurs. Members OR a staff member in their place may attend the intensives, space permitting.
